Abstract
Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) is the leading cause of pediatric death by brain tumors with a median survival of only 9 months, in spite of the current standard of therapy which includes radiation. The purpose of our study is to explore the use of oncolytic adenoviruses as a new therapeutic modality.
