Abstract
In our work, we report the fabrication of novel aloe vera acemannan polysaccharides mediated green synthesized titanium dioxide nanorods loaded resveratrol drug incorporated poly vinyl alcohol nanofibers against A431 skin cancer cells. An innovative approach using RSM Box-Behnken design showed an R2 value of 97.23, 90.69 and 90.1 for fiber diameter, porosity and pore size demonstrating a good fitting for the experimental values observed.
