Sarcopenia can be assessed using a variety of available methods and individuals with sarcopenia may benefit from targeted interventions consisting of exercise and/or nutrition.RelevanceDetecting sarcopenia in the growing number of older adults with cancer can aid in the assessment of the risk and benefit ratio of cancer treatments and assist in targeting interventions.
