A 37-year-old male presented to the hospital with abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting of 2 days’ duration. Two months previously, he had a similar presentation and an elevated serum calcium level of 10.9 mg/dL. His hypercalcemia symptoms resolved after medical management, and he left the hospital against medical advice, refusing further workup for hypercalcemia.
