Generation of cost-effective conventional-combustion derived novel green-luminous BaLa2ZnO5:Er3+ nanomaterials for high quality illumination in WLEDs and solar-cells
Abstract
In the current empirical-study, novel green-glimmering BaLa2ZnO5:Er3+ nanomaterials have been fabricated via conventional-combustion-synthesis. XRPD-facilitated Rietveld-analysis report tetragonal nanocrystals with 14/ m c m phase-group. Photoluminescence analysis manifest their green-radiance under 383 nm-excitation.
