IGVL gene region usage correlates with distinct clinical presentation in IgM vs non-IgM light chain amyloidosis

Patients with immunoglobulin M (IgM) light chain (AL) amyloidosis have a distinct clinical presentation compared with those with non-IgM amyloidosis.
