Abstract
A novel zeolite imidazole framework-8 (ZIF-8) composite was synthesized as an accelerator, and its effects on the physical properties of epoxies were examined. To prepare the new accelerator, fullerene was oxidized with 3-chloroperoxybenzoic acid under reflux for 5 h in toluene.
