Abstract
A 65-year-old man with ulcerative colitis presented with aggravated diabetes. Computed tomography showed two masses in the body and tail of the pancreas. Endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) was performed, with histopathological findings suggesting autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP).
