Abstract
Novel cyclic oligosilanes with trimethylsilylmethyl and aryl groups at each silicon ring atom were synthesized. The reductive condensation of a dichlorosilane having a phenyl group as an aryl group gave five‐ and six‐membered cyclic oligosilanes as mixtures of their stereoisomers.
