University students and their perception of teaching effectiveness. Effects on students’ engagement

This paper is based on a teacher effectiveness model with six teaching behaviour domains (safe learning climate, efficient classroom management, clarity of instruction, activating teaching, differentiation, and teaching–learning strategies).
