Abstract
Two cases are reported of acute idiopathic blind spot enlargement syndrome (AIBSE) that presented with peripapillary white spots in the fundus. AIBSE belongs to the acute zonal occult outer retinopathy (AZOOR) complex. Conditions of this AZOOR complex may overlap.
