S3370 Fecaloma Causing Large Bowel Obstruction in a 23-Year-Old Male

INTRODUCTION: Fecalomas are masses of inspissated hard stool resulting from chronic constipation. They can cause large bowel obstruction leading to increase in luminal pressure causing ischemia and perforation.
