A Hybrid Model of Acute Cancer Care from a Hospital-based Acute Care Clinic and the Emergency Department: A Descriptive Study

Emergency department (ED) visits by patients with cancer are increasing. New care delivery models are emerging to address the demand for acute care for patients with cancer.
