Critical appraisal of the instantaneous end‐diastolic pulmonary arterial wedge pressures

Aims A substantial shift in the field of pulmonary hypertension (PH) is ongoing, as the previous practice of mean pulmonary arterial wedge pressure (PAWP M ) is no longer supported.
