Abstract
Divergence paralysis may present with varying degrees of severity ranging from total paralysis to more subtle forms of weakness. There is a wide spectrum of symptoms. The classic presentation consists of a sudden onset of concomitant esotropia with diplopia. Frequently however, patients may complain of blurred vision rather than diplopia. Patients with divergence paralysis illustrating these and other atypical features will be presented....
