Gate-Tuned Interlayer Coupling in van der Waals Ferromagnet Fe 3 GeTe 2 Nanoflakes
Abstract
The weak interlayer coupling in van der Waals (vdW) magnets has confined their application to two dimensional (2D) spintronic devices.
