Abstract
Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most common renal cancer in adults, characterised by high 5-year survival rates (up to 95%) when tumour is limited to the kidney. Up to 50% of patients will develop widespread metastatic disease after nephrectomy with worsening of the 5-year survival rate to 10%-15%. Pancreas is an elective site for RCC metastases.
