Objective
To detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) and its resistance against rifampin (RIF) by applying Xpert MTB/RIF assay in the clinical samples from patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis, and to discuss the value of this assay in extrapulmonary tuberculosis.
