Abstract
A sensitive and accurate strategy was presented based on gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) for visual detecting viable Salmonella typhimurium (S. typhimurium). In this paper, dual aptamers were used to capture S. typhimurium and PCR amplification, respectively.
