Abstract
The analgesic activity of 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde (vanillin) derivatives with different pharmacophore groups were studied in vivo in models of chemically induced pain induced by subplantar administration of the TRP ion channel agonists capsaicin and allylisothiocyanate.
