Abstract
SiBNC nanofibers were synthesized through the polymeric route by a one-pot synthesis approach. DMTA (dichloroboryl methyl trichlorosilyl amine) polymer was selected as pre-ceramic for SiBNC, which was shaped into nanofibers by electrospinning.
