Abstract
This paper addresses the output feedback sliding-mode control (SMC) problem for discrete-time uncertain nonlinear systems through Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy dynamic models. Combining with the sliding surface, a descriptor system is constructed to characterize the sliding motion dynamics.
