Abstract
The Floresco service evaluation was funded by the Queensland Mental Health Commission. A three-year mixed-methods evaluation was completed, with the aim of assessing the effectiveness of the service model while also investigating its implementation, including the barriers to, and enablers of, service integration at the Floresco Centre, and opportunities for improvement. Both process (formative) and outcomes (summative) components were included in the evaluation design. This is the final report from that evaluation.
