Hand Mirror Cells and Hypercalcemia: A Rare Presentation of Pediatric Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Hand mirror cell (HMC) leukemia is a variant of acute lymphoblastic leukemia previously described in the adult population where lymphoblasts manifest distinctive hand mirror morphologic features.
