Abstract
We report a 60-year-old woman with a past history of thoracic aortic aneurysm (TAA) surgery and abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) who was admitted to our hospital complaining of chest pain. On admission, emergency non-electrocardiogram (ECG) gated contrast enhanced computed tomography (CT) was performed to rule out aortic dissection.
