A selective, sensitive and fully validated liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was established for the determination of dihydromyricetin, dihydroquercetin, myricetin and quercetin in rat plasma after intragastric administration of Hoveniae Semen total flavonoids.
