Abstract
Larotrectinib is a promising tyrosine kinase inhibitor for solid tumors harboring tropomyosin receptor kinase gene fusions. A bioanalytical assay was developed for this drug in small volume samples using a 96-well format to efficiently support multiple mouse studies.
