Abstract
A bioinspired boron nitride nanosheet (BNNS)/gelatin nanocomposite consisting of hierarchically aligned layered BNNSs bonded with gelatin is fabricated by using electrostatic interactions between the oppositely charged functional groups on gelatin and the BNNSs.
