Pairing Toroidal and Magnetic Dipole Resonances in Elliptic Dielectric Rod Metasurfaces for Reconfigurable Wavefront Manipulation in Reflection
Abstract
A novel approach for reconfigurable wavefront manipulation with gradient metasurfaces based on permittivity‐modulated elliptic dielectric rods is proposed.
