Abstract
A novel blue fluorescence nitrogen and cobalt(II) co-doped carbon dots (CDs) encapsulated in europium metal-organic frameworks ([email protected]) were synthesized to form a ratiometric fluorescent sensor for the detection of Cr(VI).
