Abstract
Pressure overload-induced cardiac hypertrophy occurs in response to chronic blood pressure increase, and dysfunction of CaV1.2 calcium channel involves in cardiac hypertrophic processes by perturbing intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca2+]i) and calcium-dependent signaling.
