Abstract
A novel ethyl and boron sulfonic acid based bifunctional periodic mesoporous organosilica [BPMO-Et-B(OSO3H)2] with dual Lewis-protic acidic sites was prepared, characterized and applied as efficient nanocatalyst for the synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyrans.
