Abstract
Deep enteroscopy-assisted ERCP (DEA-ERCP) in post-bariatric Roux-en-Y (RY) anatomy is challenging. Laparoscopy-assisted ERCP (LA-ERCP) and EUS-directed transgastric ERCP (EDGE) are technically easier and faster but are more invasive and morbid procedures.
