Abstract
Limonin is a bitter triterpenoid dilactone in the genus Citrus with potential medicinal value. In this study, the metabolism of limonin in human was characterized by high-performance liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HPLC-Q-TOF-MS).
