Abstract
A 37-year-old man presented with alcohol-induced chronic pancreatitis and melena. Within the prior year he had experienced multiple episodes of pseudoaneurysm-induced associated hemosuccus pancreaticus confirmed by CT angiography and duodenoscopy revealing hemobilia.
