Abstract
Fractional treatment with a dual wavelength 1,064 and 532 nm picosecond-domain laser, delivering a 10 × 10 array of highly focused beamlets via a holographic optic, was investigated for the treatment of acne scars.Twenty-seven of 31 subjects completed the study, 19 were treated using 1,064 nm and 8 were treated at 532 nm, all having four-monthly treatments.
