Motivated for teaching? Associations with school goal structure, teacher self-efficacy, job satisfaction and emotional exhaustion

We analyzed relations between teachers’ perception of the school goal structure, workload, self-efficacy, emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, and motivation to leave the teaching profession.
