Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with aortic dilation: a novel observation

Our goal was to identify the prevalence of aortic dilation in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), the most prevalent (0.2%) heritable, genetic cardiovascular disease.
