Supercritical fluid extraction of Rumex Acetosa L. roots: Yield, composition, kinetics, bioactive evaluation and comparison with conventional techniques

In this study, Rumex Acetosa extracts were obtained from extraction techniques with supercritical fluid (SFE), Soxhlet and low pressure solvent extraction (LPSE).
