Abstract
New supramolecular polypeptides have been prepared through simple ring-opening polymerization and "click" reactions. Postfunctionalization with diaminopyridine (DAP) moieties, capable of multiple hydrogen bonding, was an efficient approach toward forming α-helical-dominant polypeptides.
