Objective To observe the changes of the levels of serum sex hormones in mice treated with atrazine(ATR),and to evaluate the effect of ATR on sex hormone related diseases.Methods 32healthy female C57mice were randomly divided into control group and 5,25,and 125mg·kg-1 ATR groups;there were 8mice in each group.The mice in control group were given olive oil by gavage,and the mice in the other groups were given 5,25,and 125mg·kg-1 ATR once per day...
