Abstract
Cu2ZnSnS4 powder was prepared by solid phase reaction method.The powder samples' Crystal structure and micro morphology were characterized with SEM and XRD,and the optical properties of samples was tested by UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer.The relationship among of heat treatment temperature with CZTS powder's crystal structure,optical absorption coefficient and the band gap effect was studied.The result shows that the Kesterite structure CZTS...
