Microstructure and Properties of TiCrCuFeNi High-Entropy Alloy Coating Prepared by Argon Arc Cladding

Abstract
TiCrCuFeNi high-entropy alloy(HEA)coating had been cladded on Q235 steel substrate by means of argon arc cladding.The microstructure was investigated by SEM,EDS,XRD,then the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance were also studied.The results show that the TiCrCuFeNi HEA coating consisted of FCC solid solution,BCC solid solution and the Laves phases.The microhardness of the coating was 754.5HV.The HEA coating had good wear resistance...
