Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C on the refractory glaucoma.Methods A study of clinical effect and complications were conducted on 18 eyes from 18 patients with refractory glaucoma with one-year follow-up.Results The success rate of surgery was 83.3%.The average IOP decreased from the preoperativ(e45.17±12.01) mmHg to the postoperativ(e16.89±3.42)mmHg(P0.01).The complications included...
