Abstract
発達性読み書き障害を呈する学習障害児2症例の音読過程における眼球運動パタンを健常児群と比較した.刺激は症例が音読可能な文字を用いた.画面上に呈示した仮名有意味綴りと仮名無意味綴りの2条件で音読時の眼球運動を非接触型測定装置により記録した.その結果, 発達性読み書き障害2症例は健常群に比べて有意味綴りと無意味綴りの両条件で音読までの時間に有意な延長を認めた.眼球運動パタンにおいても2症例は健常群に比べて有意味, 無意味両条件で逆行と逐字的読みが有意に多く出現し, 有意味, 無意味条件間にも差を認めなかった.これは音読において複数の文字形態全体 (whole word)...
