Systemic Lupus Erythematosus of Children with Dysthyreosis (A Case Report)

目的：探讨儿童系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)与甲状腺功能异常的关系。方法：总结1例以甲状腺亢进为首发表现的系统性红斑狼疮患儿的临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果：9岁男孩，在诊断“甲状腺功能亢进”1年后因出现皮疹伴血尿蛋白尿在我科经自身抗体、补体及肾活检病理学等检查明确诊断为SLE。结论：自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的患儿应早期进行SLE相关检查；已确诊SLE的患儿也需常规检测甲状腺功能，及时诊断并积极治疗。  Object: To investigate the association of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and dysthyreosis.
