Ascites and other incidental findings revealing undiagnosed systemic rheumatoid arthritis

We describe a case of a 43-year-old man presenting to the gastroenterology outpatient department with exudative ascites. Mediastinal lymphadenopathy, pericardial effusion and pleural effusion were detected on further imaging.
