Abstract
The aim of this study was to produce a chitosan-crosslinked nanofibrous biodegradable poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) nerve conduit. The artificial scaffold was designed by electrospinning method, and cross-linked with chitosan by chemical method.
