Abstract
Schimke immuno-osseous dysplasia is a rare autosomal recessive disorder that affects primarily bone, T lymphocytes, kidneys, and skin. The patients have a triangular face, broad nasal bridge, bulbous nose tip, small palpebral fissures, short neck, long upper lip, and low hairline.
