Myocardial fibrosis of left ventricle: Magnetic resonance imaging in noncompaction

This report describes a 24-year-old female with left ventricular noncompaction. Cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging demonstrated the characteristic features of noncompaction.
